The amount of discussion on the 97 to 99 models years is nowhere near adequate to actually accomplish the task, not for me anyway.

You got that right. I didn't pursue the Murphkits option as I really want a factory solution. I keep hoping that some clever devil will post a good tutorial complete with a parts lists and lots of pics, but I guess there's not a lot of interest out there in doing this project, or it's simply too expensive and difficult.
