In my experience the Pagid materials are compatible with the Textar OEM materials, so you can bed new race pads onto old rotors that have been used on the street with the OEM pads. Some combinations like this are not so friendly.

Some folks claim that cleaning old rotors with ammonia Windex before using an incompatible material will solve this problem, but I have never tried it.
These pads have about 500 COTA Laps on them -- so its not a bedding issue :-)
