I switched to the Sebro slotted rotors that Pelican Parts sells, and have had excellent performance and rotor life using Pagid RS-14 pads. Heck, the pads are so expensive compared to the rotors, I have more concerns with pad life than rotor life anyway.

I also had good performance from the OEM rotors, but they were only lasting me about 4 events due to cracks starting to run hole to hole on the drilled rotors.

If you changed brake pad material recently that could have caused your brake vibration problem. I have experienced severe brake judder when switching from one pad material to another if the new pad material is not compatible with the old pad material that is still embedded in the rotor on a microscopic level.
