Unless you can knock the price down by say $1500-2000 (enough to buy a nice extended warranty for 4 years) I'm with Brucelee in that no warranty, no deal... My 9 months or so of remaining warranty coverage was worth it as I had $5k or so worth of repairs done during that period not to mention the brand new transmission they put in the car prior to me taking delivery of the car. Without the manufacturer's warranty they would have tried to sell me the car as is (without the new tranny and I would've paid for costly repairs including a RMS).
