Dear LORD,
please put a stop to these ridiculous Prayer Threads!
They make a mockery of any true worship, completely waste Bandwidth, and could not be more off-point for an Auto Appreciation Forum!
Happy Motoring!... Jim'99

Forgive me. But that's why they're in the GENERAL DISCUSSION and not performance.
As far as the posts being a mockery of true worship, THEY WER"ENT MEANT TO BE WORSHIP, only SATIRES. Get it!! If you want worship, then go to church, cathedral, synagogue, mosque, or an adobe platform in the Arizona desert!!
If you think they're a waste of bandwidth, then just don't read the damn thing! Especially since we have posts about TV, sex and nature, politics. All in a "Auto Appreciation Forum."

Dear Sir,
I am all of the above, none of the above, and my frayed wires touch nerves of all sorts.

Ok guys, let’s not pick on MNBoxster. He is entitled to his opinion, just like everyone else . He has provided more technical advice and knowledge on this forum that anyone else. It seems like every time he “speaks his mind” everyone jumps all over him. I guess every group needs a “bad guy” which seems the be the part Jim often plays ( and seems to enjoy ). It is the camaraderie with fellow Boxster owners, the plethora of information I have learned about this great car, and all the other useless, random, and entertaining junk that make me log into this crazy forum on a daily basis. If all we did is talk about technical stuff ( like the Mercedes and Jaguar forums I have been a member of ) I doubt that many of us would be inclined to keep coming back on a daily basis.
Just my $0.02

Ah yes, I see. Certain members should feel free to speak their minds regardless of how inflammatory, while other members should stick to the prescribed topic and be cognizant of their tone. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
You are, however, right to a degree and I've edited my original post to be slightly less offensive.

Fellas,
It's no problem. I'm not angry with anyone. I love to argue.
