I found this tricky too - In the end I managed to get at it with a pair of needle nosed mole grips, and a lot of patience

If you have a secondary air pump, you will need to remove it - I'm not sure how easy that is, as my car didn't have one



Getting the new hose on was also quite challenging - I used a good quality pair of locking flexible hose clamp pliers to hold the spring clamps open while I located each end, then released. You need to take a lot of care doing this, as the fill tube on the engine side is ridiculously fragile, and will break if you put too much force on it (I broke mine)
