Porsche has been cracking down on everyone violating their intellectual property rights, even going after someone for sharing a single copy of a TSB that they had legitimately purchased from Porsche. And when they do come after you, they are so draconian, no one wants to be involved.

Pelican just cancelled the order of my OBDii manual and refunded my money. Reason was 'no longer available'.
