That ODB manual comes up on EBay sometimes but seldom with any mention of updates and it is very expensive.
I suggest just contribute to Renntech and ask your question there with as much technical content and humility you can . It worked for me and they spent way more quality time on the issue than my paltry contribution merited.
The problem with using the Porsche OBD code Manual is that there are opaque issues like aberrant/transient codes , bogus codes that mislead you - example 02 sensor and cat codes .For those issues you really need the experience of Renntech plus all your other Durametric readings in one concise Post.They read the OBD tea leaves very well !
