Fabspeed shows their mid pipe cat delete pipes to be different between 97-99 and 2000-2004, and the ones they offer have two different part numbers, so I think they are different but I couldn't tell you what the difference is

I believe the 97-99 OE pipe & bolt pattern are smaller than 2000-up version. The cheaper versions are one size fits all.

That is very helpful - I will continue to look/hold out for a 2000 & up version. I still have a few months until the snow melts and the car comes out of storage.
