No polarity that I can remember. You just need to check your connections.

I had a similar problem with my last brake job. I had failed to fully seat one of the sensor plugs where it connects to the car.

Yea, I think that is my problem as well. I need to pull the wheels off and check that, I'm just too damn lazy after doing my brakes this morning and mulching all my gardens yesterday. Ugh, Isn't Sunday a day of relaxing!!!
