Yes, it's pretty clear you didn't read that one or the one I was referring to -- if you did, you'd know that there was no talk about "capacity/capability" only "design".
That's fine; I'm sure when
your husband isn't helping you with reading comprehension (and closing quotes), you aren't at your possible best. But then... how could you be?
