How many here only own the Boxster, and no other vehicle?
How do you get a 2x4 home? Plywood? Chicken feed?
I could not imagine life without a small truck.

TGH, you're an effing riot!!
For a couple of years the Box was all I had. Great fun at SAMs club watching folks watching me packing it all in.
Wised up and bought a $1500 Ford Ranger. Great Boxster mod!!

I only have the Boxster (so far). For the 1% of the time I need something bigger to carry stuff, I ask friends... they usually ask for a spirited ride in the Boxster as pay back. Works for me!

The Boxster meets 99% of my needs. When I need a truck Lowe's, Home Depot and UHaul has pickup trucks for $19.99.

2X4's you just saw in half @ Home Depot then stick it out the window.
Plywood you have to rent the truck for that.

Only one car (and six bicycles) for as long as I can remember. When I need something big to move I go down to Home Depo buy a sheet of 8x10 plywood so I can rent one of their $20 vans. The parking lot is always full of vans and pick ups just sitting there. If no one's looking I simply leave the plywood in the store. U-haul is easier but they're always out of vans and truck unless I book way in advance.

*slowly raises hand* My 02 is my one and only; I don't even own a bicycle. Maybe I'll get a motorcycle...
When people say anything about the reduced space I always say "Hey, I got two trunks!"
Parents should also be really calm about their daughters riding with me...nobody can bend THAT way! (I think)

^ I'm sure you know this already, but for those who are new:
you remove the clubs, put them in the trunk first then the bag will easily fit.
Close the trunk.
Unless you're LeBron James and have really long clubs, the clubs will fit.

If I pull out my driver, I can actually get them to fit while in the bag. Sometimes I have to use a shoe horn though.
That was just a funny pic I took right after I bought my car when my buddy wanted me to to golfing with him, but I wanted to drive around some instead. (My first P-car during the first month of ownership. Can you blame me?) So I told him I couldn't go because they wouldn't fit.

Only car is the Boxster. The only thing I don't like is that I can't put a bicycle in the trunk. But scuba gear (no tanks) fit and the surfboards fit in the front seat with the top down.
