Yes, that is all you need to install the top. You may also want the 3 plastic covers that go over the latches, if your hard top didn't come with them. Be sure to read up on how to install the spin locks and shoulder bolts (search here and on Google). They can be quite fiddly to install.

This is usually he one plastic cover that is missing. It covers the front roof top latch. The two on the side are usually still on the top. Good luck.
