Jury's out on this one...I like the retro concept, but the back just looks too bloated to my eyes. Must have been the same design team as the Panamera.

Huge looking grand touring car, but not bad.

I'll certainly take a Targa over the bath tub with big butt a.ka. 991 Cabriolet.

Watching the conversion videos I think it's clear that the best design would be to keep the support and loose the bubble.. Mid conversion looks way too sexy and Paul walker killer reminiscent

911's look best by far in Coupe form. IMO the targas were ugly in the 70's and 80's, this one isn't much better either. They simply butcher the iconic 911 silhouette. Porsche should leave the top down motoring to the Boxster, it does it best.

991 Targa

They need to put a wing on the back.

I agree fully with both statements. A wing on the back and that function would be fantastic. Quite frankly I was left in awe of what they did deliver.

The only Targas I ever like we're the first ones with the fold down rear window.

+1 I think they should offer it in choice of color. Black would look nice. I'm not sure the brushed aluminum works with all main car paint colors.

Pretty good and definitely worth it to avoid sitting in the bath tub.
You can offset that adde weight with a light set of wheels, although I'm not sure what those Hot Wheels looking things weigh stock.

It's funny to think that before the Targa Porsche went quiet a long while without any manner of convertible Carrera.
