Mulholland Drive - directed by David Lynch, and starring the lovely Naomi Watts.
In the movie, Justin Theroux's character - a young Hollywood movie director named Adam Kesher - drives a silver base Boxster. He's got the car, the house, the wife, the cash, the whole Hollywood dream.... but ultimately no respect. Here's the scene where he drives home mid-day only to find his wife in bed with the pool boy (played by Billy Ray Cyrus - no joke)!

This site tracks cars of all makes/models in tv/film. There are 10 pages of Boxster references. You can also sort by the car's importance/role.

Don't forget 21 Jump Street, where they even make a joke about the lack of a glovebox.

Just saw this over the weekend:
Clear History by HBO films, with Larry David.
Mediocre film, but the opening sequence features a Boxster going over bridge. In the movie, it's a few minutes of Boxster, but in this youtube trailer you can get a glimpse of it

Top Gear is going to do a segment this or next week I think, with the Guy from LA, CA "Renegade Porsche".
He's does custom restores on 911's and has almost 1 example of every year of the aircooled models.
I saw Renegade own movie/documentary as well, nice.
