let me guess... small town/suburban cop?
Whenever I drive through a big city here in NJ or even Manhattan (tunnel cops) they barely bat an eye.
Actually I haven't had my car inspected in nearly 3 years.
I don't feel like getting failed for mildly tinted windows, to then pay $100 to have them reinstalled.... and I can't find the front plate to at least fake it for the inspection.
