njbray Registered User Join Date: Sep 2014 Location: santa barbara, CA & Devon, UK Posts: 316	Spent the afternoon pulling off engine covers so I could vacuum out the RATS NEST!! About 2 months ago cleaned up nest in the X3 engine bay. (Managed to catch a rat in a trap). 2 weeks ago a friend payed the dealership $1000 to remove the rat (dead) and mess from a 2015 Cayman S. It seems we have Son/spouse/brother... of dead rat - I found pile of leaves and wire insulation on garage floor last week so figured time to have a look in engine bay! I fixed a 3/4" plastic tube to vac out mess. Car seems to run fine.
