Changed the rubber bushings on the roof pivot mounts (on the roof transmissions), changed the air filter, and changed the wiper blades. The roof should stop rattling now, I hope.

My wife and I took the Jägermobile for a drive north about 35 minutes to Morro Bay and had lunch outside on the Boardwalk/Docks. It’s a beautiful 73 degrees here today, it is January right??
Kayakers and paddle boarders in the distance.

			Went on a PCA drive & dine with a nice selection of Porsches, including a 912, a 930, a 951, a 968, 986s, 987s, a 991, a 993, 996s, and 997s. Someone showed up in a cognac 981... stunning.

Washed, installed new Lloyd floor mats and changed the ashtray with the ashtray delete kit. All in all a good day. After seeing REM503s post I know what I'm doing next week.

Top down drive up PCH to Malibu (my daily commute).

In the past week : replaced hood and trunk shocks, hand wash and wheel detail (sport design; good workout for the hands and soul), alignment, new tires.

Life is grand.

to buy a Motive bleeder, so I gravity bled the brakes.
Sure it took a good while, but Udo's in hibernation, so there's really no rush.
The Super Blue fluid was really easy to spot, as it had the gold stuff in the system.

Clutch is next. Need to find a stick of lumber long enough to depress clutch pedal and I'm on it.

Trans fluid & GBox detent are on deck...

I use a golf club . Oh and you'll need monkey arms to bleed the clutch.

After driving to Northern California and back to Seattle this Fall, I noticed a loud noise coming from the right rear wheel bearing. I bought new wheel bearings and ROWM030 suspension from Suncoast. This weekend, I installed new rear wheel bearings, springs, and shocks. I have a few weeks to do the front suspension before Spring arrives. Can't wait for Spring.

What does the ashtray delete kit look like when done?

Here's what I did with my Boxster today: I sighed at it's covered form this morning after spraying silicon lube on the garage door opener screw so it would close at -7F. Then I day-dreamt about driving it in warmer weather as eked above zero in the afternoon.

I know fellow owners in Canada, the upper Midwest and the Northeast are suffering the same or worse. Even Johnny Danger's legendary Speed Yellow can't help us in these conditions.

I know how you feel. Same temps in MN. I look at the covered Boxster every day in the garage, and I can't wait for the next 8-10 weeks to pass so the snow and salt are off the roads!

I pass the time by sitting in the car, turning the steering wheel sharply and making screeching sounds.

Yeah, I know I need a real hobby, or I gotta up my meds... or both.
