Bought one of these today!

Porsche 996 986 T96 Sport Leather Steering Wheel Carrera C4S Turbo Yellow | eBay

I'm lucky enough to live about 15 min from the show room in Santa Clara, so was able negotiate a nice cash deal. Will be installing this weekend and will post Picts!

Nice! How does it feel compared to the 986?

That's a sweet steering wheel. One day I will get one of these.

Right now I'm on a performance upgrade mode.

I do have plans for the interior, but it's last on my list right now.

BFeller...you can do that? I have one that rattles a bit because it is not a very tight fit.

Yes, the toll bar clips can be replaced. A piece of plastic broke on my mounting clip. A kit is available at Pelican that contains the two clips for the roll bar and the tab for the base of the windscreen. It also contains rivets for attaching. I had previously also replaced one of the lever clips on the windscreen itself because it broke off. I still haven't figured out to get the windscreen on and off properly.

After a new air oil separator went in earlier this week I drove it almost 800km today, top down all day. Totally forgot about sunscreen and now I have a burnt nose, but totally worth it!

I washed it and then failed to do an oil change. I got motul 8100 and a filer wrench from amazon. Got it up onto the ramps, opened my amazon box, and realized that the filter and filter wrench were being shipped separately....

Finally got around to cleaning the radiators. Perhaps a bit past due.
