Right you are. It was doubled-bagged and cleverly disguised as packing material in the bottom of the shipping box. Thanks for mentioning that!

Yep and it allowed for cold turkey after a pack a day for 20 years. Havent touched the real thing in five years (I was an early vape adopter).

Cleaned up my break callipers (still need a new clear coat,) did some leather treatment, vacuum both trunks, remove hardtop, clean out air filter, give a good once over. Little changes make a big difference though, drives like a new car,

Just got back from a PCA "Sunday Drive". Led the Yellow Group of twelve Porsches; covered 130 miles, almost all twisties. Hit triple digits three times, crossed a one-lane bridge over the Red River, then ate a late lunch on a patio at Grandpappy Point overlooking Lake Texoma.
Weather finally broke; beautiful sunny, cool day. A nice respite from the much needed rain here in North Texas. The meal was burgers 'n beer. The burger was the size of the planet Venus (why do they make them so damn big nowadays?), and the beer was cold.
Took the highway home. Long day.........eight hours from when we first left home.
Now for some Sunday Night football!

Me too, T.O.! Well, I was in the red group mostly just trying to keep up with the more experienced drivers. This was my wife's and my first drive. We've only had the Boxster 2 months, but for me it's a daily driver.
Great top-down driving weather. I really enjoyed seeing the kids (and some adults) coming out to watch us pass by.
