The rubber sleeves shouldn't have any nipples to my knowledge. So your saying that part 12 is connected to sleeve 10 on your car? and it also sounds like your a ways away from the dealer to go and show them your broken sleeve. On my 2000 base 12 is connected to my throttle body and it also has a connection to the air oil separator.
