With the motor running, take a can of starter fluid and spray it on the connections/hoses where you suspect a vacuum leak. If the idle rises, you’ve found the culprit!
Depending on the model year, I think these sleeves can be in different locations.

I'm not 100% on the 2001, but the 2003 that nipple connects to a Tee under the manifold one tube goes to the exhaust gas valve on the right bank the other end goes to the damper on the front crossover tube and a vacuum sensor on the left bank. There should be one tube with the nipple and three without.

Sounds about right. My 2001 had the nipple in the position shown in the above picture. My 2004 (rest it’s soul) has the vacuum nipple on the rear right collar.
