Frodo Registered User Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Ohio Posts: 2,029	Oil level relative to filter I want to pull and inspect my oil filter without draining the oil. Clearly it mounts above the lowest level of the sump, but, if I remove it without draining any oil, how much will I be seeing when the filter is pulled? (Not sure this makes a difference, but I have a spin-on oil filter adapter.)
