Brand new never installed. Why, well my wife started driving the boxster and is finally used to it. I don't want the constant nagging that will come from her if it gets a little harder to shift. My wife hasn't driven my Boxster since I installed the short shift kit. She hasn't even tried to drive it. For some reason the term "short shift" worries her. Works for me.
