These don't do anything at all for me. Too many chrome bits slobbered all over it and the interior looks like Liberace threw up.

It's just bad color choice. It does sort of look horrible with the top up though.

Would have made a good 70s Batmobile. It would be fun to drive, but I wouldn't be seen dead in it. Your Black Boxster wouuld be fine.
