kras Registered User Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: GA Posts: 34	I'm looking to buy a boxster. This is one thing I noticed in my test driving that I didn't like. The tiptronic down shifts sometimes when I don't want it to. I know that there supposedly are several different modes that the transmission will choose from and I was wondering if there is a mode that doesn't down-shift.
