I needed a CDR radio the storage pocket. Woodie came through with both. Not only were they a great price and new condition, he got me a radio that had the code written on the top!

By far one of the best contributors to this forum.

Do you have any resurfaced flywheels for a 2002 5-speed available?

I don't have any good flywheels. Even the low mile one's seem to fail the bounce back test.

Thanks.
I need to check later on tonight. Text me again. I lost my phone and everything on it.

Woody,

I'm looking for the back cover of the headlights. Specifically I'm looking for the left hand cover for an 03, but I've tested it and they seem to fit on either side. This is it:

I'm also looking for 4 of the white clips that hold the trim on. These are them:

I don't know if you have it, but I'm also looking for the small plastic rivet that holds the gas cap tether to the fuel door. I need it complete with the center push out pin.

Let me know price with shipping to 95112.

Thanks

Tony

Tony, if Woody can't help you, I have a rear cover (both sides are the same) with those holes already drilled and one without the holes. Also, you can get similar retaining pins at most hardware stores. They won't look the same, but do the same job. They are usually in the section with the bins of nuts, bolts, screws, etc. in a similar bin.

Usually called "fender flare pins".

Woody,

I have a 2000 S with canvas top & window in great shape... but I'd like to go 4 bow '03-'04 mechanism and top with glass window. Have any in very good to excellent condition? If not, could you keep me in mind?

Thx.

kjc

I've only had one car ever come in with one and I'm keeping that for myself. ECS is your best bet for one of those. Hard to beat that price for a new one too.

I don't have any headlights or headlight parts. Even the ugly headlights go quick.

The 03-04 tops are actually pretty rare and I've only had one beat-up one ever come in. I'll be bidding on two 2003 Boxster's this week, so stay tuned.

Hi Woody, I'm looking for a third brake light, preferably with all bulbs working. The internals on one of mine crumbled apart this week when trying to replace the bulbs. Price with shipping to 34684 please.

Thank You,

I've heard you test a boxster flywheel by twisting it. It shouldn't move more than 13mm in either direction and should return back to the middle.

The fit and finish should be good. Haven't heard any complaints. Starting in 2000, Porsche started covering most of the interior plastics with a film that is similar to plastidip. I'm not a fan of it, because it scratches so easily.

Picking up a 2003 tomorrow

i bought the ECS ash tray delete and it's really good but you will see the finish difference quite easily comparing to your console.
i ended up buying the console as well for 65$ and it matches nicely now.

Ok here's the latest box to come in. It's a 2003 2.7/5sp with 86K. The immobilizer got wet and the insurance tagged it with a nonrepairable title. That means even if I put a new immobilizer in it, it can never be registered for the street again. The car looks like it was taken care of very well. It really looks like it has half that many miles. The front bumper cover has already been sold and I have three buyers lined up for the top. kjc2050 has first dibs followed by amitmishra4 and someone else. The top is an 8 out of 10. It has slight wear marks from opening and closing. $600+shipping and handling($100-150)+paypal fee. I don't have a box big enough for it and will have to buy one along with bubble wrap or however you want me to package it. I shipped one just a month ago and all I did was put it in a box with only the folded up arms double protected. How far you want me to protect it is up to the buyer and their wallet. The buyer will have to call me so we can go over shipping and handling.
It has a few items that might interest someone.
It has the litronic headlight upgrade and they're 8.5 out of 10 condition($1000 shipped and includes corners).

OBC. $120 shipped for the four stalk

The previous owner forgot to cancel his satellite radio subscription. $65 shipped for the unit and the mounting hardware

I have two right and one left headrest/rollbar mesh. $60 shipped each. I'm keeping the rear taillights and the BOSS sound system. I do have a four speaker rear storage for $140 shipped.
Thanks Woody

Nice car removed from the street for an immobilizer! What a shame. Lots of nice parts though. Woody if that is a Porsche siblverguard cover then I'll take it. Thanks Bud.
