you seem to be the only one surprised by this.
with shops like this, i find the ones that do the best work & i accept the fact that their ability to schedule jobs & communicate to my liking will be severely compromised. these guys do GREAT work. the industry sucks at customer service. relax. don't schedule another day off until they call you to come get the car.
