The pic is where I first heard of it. Was not the reason I chose Motul, but an added bonus! In a quick google search sounds like the 2 stroke motorcycle racing world touts Motuls low smoke properties??

Maybe an oil guru can give some better rationale, but my results were amazing!! After a week went from huge clouds of white smoke on cold starts to none!

Similar results for me as well. Switched to Motul several years ago and to my surprise cold starts as well as starts after sitting idle for several days yield no smoke. Don't know why just posting my results as well. I do change oil religiously at 3k miles as well. All of my Blackstone results have improved numbers over the years. Go figure...
