Need to counter hold the steering rack on inner tie rod job?

Could I ask JFP or any gentlemen finishing this DIY? Do you recommend to counterhold the rack portion in the car on removing or torqueing back the inner tie rod end to protect the sensitive steering gear?

If so, an idea of device,such as Huzar tools: Hercula Grip,is reliable to be tried ? (Products to suspension - Huzar EN).
Or any other effective economic methods in that tight space?
