There is coolant mixed with the oil but the car runs so... I dont mind the slush box but would prefer manual. If its not cost effective I wont waste my time
I know you said it's blown, but it might be worth replacing the oil/water heat exchanger, as that could be the place the mixing is taking place on a car that old.

I could definately do that. I havent taken possession if it yet but very shortly it'll be here. I thought motor was toast and was told not to run it for long in that condition and engine should be replaced

Or simply some blown internal freeze plugs. A guy in Texas recently repaired a motor (oil/coolant mix) with this simple failure. The car is in the great white north after all.
