particlewave said "pull and clean the headlight switch by spraying electrical contact cleaner down the shaft so it gets inside while turning the switch back and forth" I'd try that first before buying anything.
Not related to your issue, but some have had an issue with the Angel Eyes. Over 2 years since mine were done by particlewave and the Angle Eyes still work perfect.
