I was once a hater, I thought of Boxsters as a chick or gray hair car as that was usually who I saw driving them, then I needed a daily driver, went to buy a 350Z and ended up with my Boxster S. It is a great car, much more comfortable then my 911 and has AC that works. I am now thinking of selling my 911 to buy a project Boxster.

In the end it is your choice, owning a Porsche is not a calling, it is just a car. If you go to the Porsche factory they are lined up just like at the Toyota factory, only more expensive.

Human beings are fascinating.

We love to belong, be the same, and be different.

Let the good times roll.

PS-Its just a car!

Why should you feel you have to justify anything to anybody...

Absolutely right.

And if anyone doesn't think so, ask yourself what would happen if you gave this kid a choice to go on a cruise w/ old classics, SUVs or Boxsters.

The kid will naturally be inclined to go to the Boxsters because he relates to us. But we are so different...?

Hi Bavarian Motorist, I think you are a very sensitive and resealable person, so there's something about your avatar that just bugs me to much, it's a parking lot photo and doesn't do justice to your nice car. If it was a 350Z i could understand but come on guy it's a PORSCHA .
