It may be worth double checking. Your damage could be covered under your comprehensive coverage if the flooding damage was sudden and unexpected. Call your agent and see if he or she can help you. If not check with the Texas Department of Insurance.
Even if it is not covered, your insurance agent or company may be able to recommend a quality repair facility at reasonable repair rates.
