Should I buy this Used 2000 Boxster 2.7L with these problems found

Hello Porsche Community,

I am in the process of buying my first porsche as a fun project car. Tried the car and everything seem to work fine until it was brought in to do a pre-purchase inspection where a list of items were identified. Please have a look at the report. The seller is asking for $15000 CAD for the car. Any suggestion would be helpful to what to look out for or things I could do myself for cheap or is it not worth the buy with these issues?
