There have been a few discussions in the past about that noting that if it becomes a more heavy vibration it indicates a worn out dual mass flywheel. I always hope it's just the engine mount or transmission mount. Hope doesn't always work, but most of the 20+ 986s Ive bought had a bad engine mount.
