On another topic. I noticed two hoses was fusing into each other. See pics below, pics are taken after I separated the two hoses from touching. What are these hoses? Check out that indention on the bigger hose. Anyone experience this before? Is this a real concern?
It could be that the source of the oil is when oil is added, with very little being pushed out during running. I had a filler tube that was cracked at the bellows and oil all over the right side of the engine and the engine compartment. It must of lost 10% of any oil added via the filler tube.

On the other topic. The top "tubes" are the shifter cables, they are supposed to be connected. The tube underneath in your red circle is for the air conditioning. If it is rubbing there you might add some rubber between them.
