If you are meaning the car doesn't shut off when you turn the key to the off position, then you have a bad ignition switch....which is VERY common. If this is the case, replace it.

What Rob is referring to is accessory retention, which is designed in almost every modern car.

My system is normal, sorry for misunderstanding again!
I really want my radio off without pulling the key
