Is there wiring to turn off ignition instantly when turning key to off position? without pulling out the key.

I am searching this but cannot find..

Thank you!

Not sure why your engine doesn't stop when you turn the key to "OFF".....BUT IF YOU MEAN the radio stays on until you pull the key out of the slot.........then.........all is normal and that's how the system works. There's an electrical part in the switch mechanism that will shut off the radio when the key is removed from the slot.
Your system is working as designed. (If the radio doesn't shut off after the key is pulled out...THEN....you have an issue)

If you are meaning the car doesn't shut off when you turn the key to the off position, then you have a bad ignition switch....which is VERY common. If this is the case, replace it.

What Rob is referring to is accessory retention, which is designed in almost every modern car.

My system is normal, sorry for misunderstanding again!
I really want my radio off without pulling the key

Only way to do that is to turn the radio itself off, or open the door. Opening the door will cancel the accessory retention.

Oh, and it will turn itself off after a few minutes if you dont open the door after turning the car off. So your choices are:
turn radio off
Open door
Wait

Thank you!! I tested without opening the door before
This will solve my situation. I just want to keep my key in cylinder.

Thanks again!

Leaving the key in the ignition will cause the car's electronics to stay on and run the battery down fairly quickly. Take the key out.
