Okay, it’s a ~$15.00 part. Replacing it won’t solve all your issues but it’s a start.

Alright. I took out the idle air control valve and the throttle body just because and I cleaned them both since they were very dirty and now it starts and runs just fine. Thank you for the help

Good to hear
You may want to keep an eye on coolant and coolant temp. as that code is for a faulty coolant temp sensor

Yeah it is leaking coolant from that overflow tube and coolant was coming out of the cap. Is the cap just not sealing all the way?

Sounds like something is going on.
Have you refilled the system lately????
Like drained it or had it very low and refilled it???
Are you sure it's the cap leaking???
Have you tried a new Cap?
They can be problematic.
The rubber seal gets old and cracks.

Yeah I filled it yesterday. Took the full jug to fill it. And honestly, I filled it slightly above the max level but it was even leaking before I filled it. I haven't tried a new cap yet and someone previously said that the cap my car has is a problematic one.
