I agree that Maytag's reply was one of his better ones. I also have to agree that both sides are way off base in their "opinions". As of March 25th there have been a total of 22,030 deaths world wide from the COVID-19 virus (1,046 in the US) compared to 291,000 deaths from the flu world wide (2019 data). I don't think COVID-19 has a chance of catching up to the influenza death rate or at least I certainly hope not. Now, that's not to say this thing is not nasty. It is and it's unpredictable as to the extent of damage it can cause in an individual. We still need to be very very careful.

Now, on to the important stuff. I cracked my window this winter so I've been driving around with the old duck tape (love that stuff) fix. As spring arrives I need to get it into a shop for a replacement. Not too shabby for a 20 year old piece of plastic though!
