If at all possible, try to use Porsche coolant. Others have said that Volkswagen/Audi coolant is the same, but a lot cheaper compared to Porsche labeled coolant. I haven't tried that myself, but I'm sure others will chime in.

The coolant might be a challenge to do it yourself, but there are a tonne of resources on YouTube and on forums on how to do this. Looks like you've covered it all in your list.
