Great question...nobody wants to .run the MC dry!!
Thing is, the whole process is kind of slow and even if by yourself, you'll be fine. Flushing one corner will NOT empty your MC unless you've gone in the house for beer and bad TV. If you're really worried, which all of us are the first time, do a corner for 30-45 seconds, close the bleeder and check the MC level. I'm confident that you can bleed a corner to your satisfaction and then check and top off MC before heading to the next corner.

When you need add additional fluid, just unscrew motive from MC, add fluid, connect motive and pump back up before doing the next corner.

I do Do passenger side rear, drivers side rear, passenger front and lastly drivers front, going from longest path to shortest.
