I took my boxster out today and the squealing is coming from the emergency brake! I got between two buildings that were about 50 yards long and drove slowly next to them so I could make sure I could hear the squealing. It was not very loud but when I just pulled up slightly on the brake handle the squealing stopped. If I pulled the brake enough to stop the car it never squealed. It is only making the when the emergency brake handle is in the off position. I made an appointment with the shop now that I know what it is that needs to be fixed. Thanks for all your help.
