There are some great threads about this topic on the forum. Have you done any searches? There are some very knowledgeable members on the forum that know the ins & outs regarding this industry and their practices.

In general, the take-away that I gained was:

1) Use 93 octane if available in your area
2) Get the freshest gas possible from the busiest stations
3) Use a high quality fuel cleaner maybe once a year with Techron
