You can try tightening the tension cables either side, the ones you need to pop off to get to the engine bay. There's a bolt down by where they connect at the base, you turn it the opposite way to the way you'd expect to tighten them. That might remove the creases.

You were right. The reason the rear window is droopy is because the top fabric is pulled out of the clamp like groove. So when the top goes up and tightens the fabric around the window pulls out instead of tightening.Which really sucks☹ Any words of wisdom about what it takes to reclamp/glue it?
