Does this look normal? Top seems loose

I've had my hardtop on for a month or so but the weather has turned nicer so off it came. Later I out my top up and it seems to not be pulling very tight. Seems to have a divit under the rear window that I dont remember. I also don't remember that small seem next to the clamshell. It used to pull very tight when I latched it doesn't seem that way now did something pull loose or do I have a screw loose?
Also I have no clue why the pics sideways

Since it's both screwed and glued, I doubt it's a loose cable or side strip. Most likely, it's just wear from storage.

You can try tightening the tension cables either side, the ones you need to pop off to get to the engine bay. There's a bolt down by where they connect at the base, you turn it the opposite way to the way you'd expect to tighten them. That might remove the creases.

There have also been a few people had the top start to come away from the base, e.g. Convertible Top Ungluing?

You were right. The reason the rear window is droopy is because the top fabric is pulled out of the clamp like groove. So when the top goes up and tightens the fabric around the window pulls out instead of tightening.Which really sucks☹ Any words of wisdom about what it takes to reclamp/glue it?

You need to look at Mike Fokke's boxster site. He has a great link for top replacement info.
https://sites.google.com/site/mikefocke2/mikesporscheboxsterwebpages
Of course, you don't need to replace your top but the site will show you what's involved in removing the rear seals...yes, there are two.
Be careful removing the seals...they are expensive if you rip one!
Once you get the top apart, you just need to clean off surfaces, install inner seal and glue top fabric to frame (3M adhesive).
