You're right Marc. Dealers have alot to do with how you feel about a company. The industry in general has some real issue. Good dealers should be the norm... not the exception... Glad I don't run my business through a dealer network. It's hard enough managing the employees I have.

I'm knocking wood right now... hope the Audi stays trouble free.
