Frankly, I don;t feel much of a difference with or without it. I bought one because I thought the wind was annoying since I have long hair but it really doesn/t change much. Take it off and give it a try...
I tried tinting mine in amber like my biking oakleys. Looked nice and cut down
on the haze.
then I Took one trip on the superspeedway at about 120 and the thing blew
right off the windscreen and in the direction of the car I'd just passed.

Rather than use a tint spray, try and get some black paint and thin it down and apply it with a spray gun.
You'll get a much better finish as the air going through a spray gun will deliver a smoother and more consistent combination of air and paint than a can.
