Anyone know how to...

I have been spending the past several weeks refurbishing my interior where I can. I have basically stripped off the dreaded soft touch plastic that scratches if you look at it and recovered in leather, "repainted" with plastidip or refinished with a nano covering. Only on one occasion have I broken the small plastic clips or hooks on the backs of these parts (knock on wood). However does anyone know an easy way to remove the side seat covers? I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get these off without totally tearing the things up. Maybe I just don't want to press my luck anymore either. Photos attached and any advise from someone who has done this is welcome. Thanks.......
